The Kitoo Simple is a kit dinghy aimed for amateur and club construction. It is a cat rigged dinghy, 12 feet long, built in Plywood/ Epoxy and weighs only one hundred pounds.
The kit includes all the components needed for the building of the kitoo (CNC cut Plywood, glass fibre, epoxy resin, gloves, brushes, screws, flotation foam…) but also all the rigging, fittings and sail. The only thing missing is the paint, so that everyone is going to have a unique Kitoo.
A descriptive movie explains, step by step, the method of building the Kitoo, which will take approximately 50 hours of building enjoyment.
Very easy to sail, light and easy to rig, the Kitoo can safely accommodate 1 adult and 1 child. It offers sensations to share.
A stable hull form and a flexible mast give it great accessibility.
