Payment and deliveries :
You can pay :
- Directly via the website (Visa or Mastercards are wellcome) with a bank card
- By transfer to our account (free of bank charges for us) Fortis bank

In this case, place your order, and we will make a cotation for freight charges. If you are not agree with these freight charges, you can
- Ask directly to your carrier to collect the goods for you, and in this case we make you all the informations when your goods are ready to go
- If you want to cancel the order and if it is already paid, we refount back the money to you and cancel the order.
Goods and freight will be entirely paid before leaving our manufacture.
V.A.T.:
For Europe, if you have a valid vat id number, we will invoice you ex vat. If not, we will charge French vat (today: 19.6%).
Out of Europe, and if we deliver the goods out of France, we invoice ex vat.
Freight charges:
We typically use TNT express freight or Chronopost for small parcels, and Gefco for bigger one in Europe. Overseas deliveries: we have a plenty choice of carriers, by air or by sea.
For Europe (CEE) :
We apply a pack price, depending of the order amount (except for masts, boats, trailers)
Order amount :
- 0 to 150 € ex vat : freight pack is: 30 €
- 151 to 400 € ex va t: freight pack is: 50 €
- 401 to 800 € ex vat: freight pack is: 65 €
Except for boats, trailers and masts.
More than 800 euros: SAVE MONEY: freight pack is 50 euros ONLY!
Out of Europe:
For all kind of parts, after receiving your order, we make an offer .
Be carefull:
- All our goods are shipped at “user” risk. Therefore, the “user” will be responsible for notifiying the carrier in a clear and complete manner of any reserves relating to a delivery by sending a registered letter to the said carrier within forty-eight (48)hours. The simple wording “subject to to unpacking inspection” will not legally binding.
The “user” shall inform Nenupahr by writing of any dispute or claim within two (2) days following the receipt of the goods.
- Special export or maritime shipment packagings will be billed in addition.
- Any return is subject to authorization. Please, send us a return request, indicating original order form n° and date, item to be returned (ref and quantity) together with the reason of the return . Please in this case, indicate also if you plan to have a replacement item, and any comment you have to do. NOTE THAT SPECIAL ITEMS OR PRODUCTS MADE ESPECIALLY FOR YOU CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
