Specifications and Applications
UHMWPE strips with acrylic adhesive on the backing:
– 2 translucent strips, 500 microns (20 mil) thick, 25 mm (1″) wide, 380 mm (15″) long for the bottom of the centerboard
– 2 translucent strips, 250 microns (10 mil) thick, 25 mm (1″) wide, 380 mm (15″) long for the bottom of the centerboard case
– 2 black strips, 250 microns (10 mil) thick, 20 mm (4/5″) wide, 270 mm (12″) long for the upper centerboard case
– 1 translucent strip, 125 microns (5 mil) thick, 40 mm (8/5″) wide, 740 mm (27.5″) long for the boat/rudder corners
PTFE strips with silicone adhesive on the backing
– 2 gray strips, 50 microns (2 mil) thick, 50 mm (2″) wide, 150 mm (6″) long for the mast base
– 2 light gray strips, 250 microns (10 mil) thick, 60 mm (2.36″) wide, 150 mm (6″) long for the sprit
– 2 light gray strips, 50 microns (2 mil) thick, 40 mm (4/5″) wide, 100 mm (4″) long for friction between the mast and the sprit
– 2 light gray strips, 50 microns (2 mil) thick, 40 mm (4/5″) wide, 80 mm (3 1/5″) long for friction between the sprit block and the mast
PTFE tape with silicone adhesive, linerless:
– 1 roll, 50 microns (2 mil) thick, 50 mm (2″) wide, 10 m (11 yds) long for the rigging
PTFE disc for adjusting the mast step height from 1 mm to 7.5 mm
